Bio

Thomas Sieber is Sector Head of the Chemistry laboratory of the Food Law Authority of the Canton of Fribourg. He studied Chemistry at the University of Fribourg – Switzerland and received his PhD from the same University in 1999. He completed the formation as a Food Chemist with Federal Diploma from the University of Basel – Switzerland. Main activities in his actual position are related to chemical trace analysis in food and non-food matrices and food law enforcement in general.
