SCRONA's electrohydrodynamic (EHD) printing technology is revolutionizing micro-manufacturing with unmatched precision, material versatility, and scalability. Our MEMS-based printheads achieve ultra-high resolutions better than 1 µm, enabling intricate patterning for advanced applications. Unlike traditional inkjet systems, SCRONA's EHD technology accommodates a broad range of materials, including viscosities exceeding 10,000 cPs and fillers, expanding printable substances.
Our latest advancement, a 128-nozzle printhead, showcases the potential to integrate hundreds, even thousands, of nozzles into a single printhead—crucial for high-throughput industrial applications. In July 2024, we introduced the Gen3 printhead platform, the first to offer these benefits in a package ready for commercial use, marking a major leap in high-resolution digital printing.
With these capabilities, SCRONA is setting new benchmarks in micro-manufacturing, driving innovation in semiconductor packaging, display technology, and consumer electronics.
