Please note that 8.1 % VAT will be added to all fees cited below.

Swiss NanoConvention – Regular Earlybird
Available until April 17 then CHF 400		 Ā  CHF 300.-
Swiss NanoConvention – Student Earlybird
Available until April 17 then CHF 200		 Ā  CHF 150.-

Included in registration fees:

  • entry to all technical sessions.
  • entry to the commercial exhibition.
  • all coffee breaks, lunches and networking sessions.
  • conferenceĀ App (program, participant list, etc).

Please read the following information carefully before starting the registration process:

  1. The registration page is not optimised for small screens. Please use a computer or tablet, especially if you are submitting poster details.
  2. If you have an access code, please remember to respect the case (capitalisation) of the code.
  3. Each registration session will expire after 30 minutes. This is a normal precaution for most on-line registration systems. However, you should only need 3-4 minutes to complete the registration form.
  4. Only credit cards are accepted as a form of payment (Mastercard / VISA / Twint via the FSRM Saferpay gateway).
  5. Ā One-day and half-day passes are not available.

SUBMITTING A POSTER ?Ā 

If you are submitting a poster, please have your poster title (max. 150 characters) and abstract (max. 750 characters) ready to copy/paste.

Please note that sub/superscripts and non-ascii scientific characters may not be transmitted in the web form so please keep the character set simplified as much as possible.
